Need Help with Bulb on butt of newborn chick

Update, after some close calls and really thinking the little one was going to give up it started eating today on its own and drinking water. We did just hatch some baby quail and placed some in with the patient. They are all getting along well and it has definitely given this baby some friends to hang with as it grows stronger. Still not fluffy at all....but i al=m taking wins in small doses with this one.
