Need help with bump under hen’s eye

If I had to hazard a guess, it looks like it is moving downward and beginning to break up and hopefully dissipate. There's a big difference between photo 1 and photo 3. In photo 1, the bump appears to be higher up on her eye and hard/stiff. If its squishy now, her body may be breaking it down on it's own. Perhaps in another week or so, it will disappear on it's own.

I’m open to the idea of trying to drain it, but maybe I will wait a bit longer and see if there are anymore changes in either direction. Maybe it is resolving on its own, I do tend to look into things a bit much. I will wait a bit longer and look for changes. Thanks for your help everyone, I will keep you updated.

For anyone curious, or others in the future. This pic was today and I do think the swelling under Pep-pep’s eye does appear to be subsiding. I do keep checking her ear on that side and I do not see anything unusual. I’m hoping @kcan2 is right about it just being part of the healing process

Thank you for asking, very kind of you. I think she looks even a bit better than Monday. I do see swelling still more towards the front of her eye, it’s strange. But still seems happy and healthy. It’s like the swelling is moving Here is an updated picture from just now. We are spending the day inside the coop since it’s snowing here!

Pepper looks a bit swollen again around her eye. Is it possible this is mycoplasma? I don’t see bubbles, ears continue to be clear. Am I missing something with her ear? If she had an ear infection would it be yucky looking near the opening of her ear? I have Tylan 50, should I treat her? She has no other signs of respiratory infection.

Thank you. I am sure I don’t need to treat her since there aren’t any symptoms. I just don’t know what else to do for her. I thought this was resolving and then this week it seems to be swelling again. This is the strangest thing. I think it’s all from the initial little lump, but idk why it hasn’t just resolved. All I feel like I can do is keep saying “I guess I’ll just watch it “ anyways thank you for always replying.

I don’t think I would use antibiotics but just watch for any bubbles or foam in the eye.
