Need help with chick breed and sex!!!

I need some help identifying breed and sex of my chick. I was told it was an EE Pullet but I am not so sore about either! 12-13 weeks old

It does look like a pullet. That's a female-specific color pattern, so you will never* find a male that color. (*unless he has the rare gene for hen feathering, or has some kind of hormone problem. Those are rare enough I'm pretending they don't exist.)

With that color, single comb, and yellow legs, I think it's likely to be either a Brown Leghorn (will lay white eggs) or a Welsummer (will lay brown eggs).

The most common Easter Eggers tend to have pea combs, green legs, and puffy cheeks (muffs). Your bird has a single comb, yellow legs, and no muffs. But Easter Eggers CAN come in any color and with any traits, so there is still a chance of it being an EE. I just think it's unlikely.
