Need help with chick Identification...

I'd say it's probably a bantam. I picked up a few straight run from TS. This little chick is the only one of its kind.

It looks like a frizzled Cochin.

I think you're right...! Haven't heard of them before, but after a quick Google search of "frizzled cochin", they're identical. Thank you!
