Need Help With Chicken Saddle

I purchased a few chicken saddles for my girls. For some reason a few of them keep slipping to one side and every time I go to the coop I am forever adjusting them. Is there a way to keep this from happening. Anyone else having the same trouble?

Sounds like they are not tight enough maybe. I'm ordering some soon too I hope mine don't do the same thing.

LOL-- all I can picture is stirrups and cowboy hats.....

But really-- is this to protect them from overzealous males?
Cuz I have a few girls who's backs are RAW from that!
Do those saddles really help???

Duck tape works wonders, I just cut a piece of soft material about the size of the missing feathers and duck tape away, works great. marrie

I know this is a really old post but......Duct Tape...onto the chicken??? I'd like to see a picture of that.
