I don't have a run for my chickens we are going to be moving soon and will make a large run there (since we are taking in my grandpas lab and pit mix after he passed and they would love chicken for a snack lol) but these ladies keep kicking the cedar shavings into their bowl as well as pooping in it. It stinks so bad I'm having to also empty it out and refill with fresh water at least 10 times a day. I'm thinking of maybe putting it up on a little ledge I can build? This is a wooden playhouse converted into a coop.(picture below best one I had of the inside). Any ideas would be super appreciated!! Thanks! [IMG]
