Need help with chicks

How are you providing heat?
Are they pooping ok?
Check for pasty butt.

We do have them under a heat lamp. About the pasty but on dose have it and we try to keep him clean. Any advise will be greatfull

Quick update, the chicks are doing so much better ( THANK TO ALL THAT ANSWERED) as fore sleepy well he still perfers to sleep but he's much more active now. There getting tail feathers now just under 1/4inch I'm amazed at how fast they grow and develop. It's kinda funny to see there personalitys starting to come out. Now my crazy wife is talking about when they get older getting diapers for them. ( WTF )

Ok update on my wifes chick. There doing great but i think sleepy has narcolepsy. All the other chicks run around and play fight and all sleepy dose is sleep. He dose run around all the time but the minute he stops nomatter what its doing it will fall asleep. Even when sleepy is play fightinging it will fall asleep the secound it stops moving. My wife says we got hens ( there rosters ) but i let her be happy and say there hens boy she's got a surprise coming .
