Need Help with Commercial Waterer/feeder

Hi, I need a watering system that is automatic and a design that can stay clean as long as possible. The watering system needs to be sufficient for 1000+ hens. If you have links to commercial watering system please post it up.

I am trying to design my own system, anybody have any ideas what i should do?

yea that's good, I had something like that in mind, so would you say bars would help keep it clean?

I think the bars would help but I would make them 1 1/2 to 2 inches apart.

yea or maybe a low roof over the top?

The way the pipe is cut a roof would be redundant.

yea i guess, but i have my own design in mind and the main purpose is to keep the water and container clean at all times.
