So...I'm cooking fish for the first time in the oven.
Thing is, I have no idea what I'm doing. I've "breaded" the fish with some italian crumbs and an egg mixed together...pretty much the breading is laying on top of the fish waiting to be absorbed when it gets cooked.
Can someone tell me how long and at what degree to put the tilapia into the oven?
(It's just 4 fillets, so nothing too fancy.)
