Need help with coop floor

My coop/ run combination (roofed) now has five possibly separate areas, and it's very helpful. All doors can be open, or some closed, or five different pens. It took me years to achieve this, and $$$, but all worthwhile.

So I tried to let the pullets out of their side, and the three mean girls went after them. When the run is done, I'll try to let them do their thing, but in the meantime when my toddler takes a nap I'm going to go measure the interior again and work on rearranging the roosts. Then I should be able to move the divider to almost direct center. Maybe I'll try to get some pics for reference.

But the pullets should start laying soon, which means I'll probably have to give them a nesting box....

Change of plans. I took down the divider because if it was tight, I couldn't get to the feeders, and if it was loose, they kept getting out anyway.

These guys have been in this corner for a little over a week, behind the wire. I couldn't fit anything in there, so they couldn't perch or anything. So now there is no divider. I added the perches and put them on them and they haven't come down, lol. I put the little board up to hopefully hide the pullets food from the others' line of sight. Then, the board under the perches will hopefully cover them, as they had been hiding in that corner. Maybe they could stick their head out to eat when they are off the perches.

I left the coop and stood to observe for a little bit. Usually they go after them as soon as I am out of sight, but they just looked up at them and started eating their food, lol. Hopefully this fixes some things. The other birds have perches in the left corner.
