Hello all,
I have a 3 month old buff Orpington lady with a crooked right leg. My 9 yo daughter Loves her! I spent all day yesterday trying to get someone to help locally, with no success. I think it could possibly be one of two things-- 1) slipped Achilles' tendon or 2) a displaced femur. I think it's the tendon though. I compared femurs and the range of motion seems to be the same when I'm above/proximal to the hock (the backward part of her leg). I read a thread that discussed how to put the tendon back, but I've had no luck. So, now I doubt the diagnosis I came up with.
Any techniques you've used to put tendons back or guidance with the correct diagnosis would be most appreciated!
Thank you.
