Need Help with Duck’s feet//can’t walk

My duck that had niacin problems as a duckling but was then given niacin and still receives it nightly has lost the ability to walk. He was fine this morning but when I checked on him today he couldn’t walk and both his feet were curled and looked shriveled? I have no idea what would be the cause of this and what to do. He doesn’t look like he’s been attacked because there’s no blood.
