I saw somewhere that instead of misting the eggs when you turn them you should put a wet cloth under the eggs. Has anyone ever tried this? What was your hatch rate? What was your hatch rate when you misted them? Is it better to hand turn waterfowl eggs? What is the percentage of humidity that works best? Should i turn them 3 or 5 times a day?

I think that continualy having a wet cloth in there would encourage bad bacteria to grow...
