Need help with ducks currently trying to hatch.

Oh god yes. Chicks prefer to go from pip to zip in 12 hours or so. Usually if I have a pip in the morning, it will be out that evening. And if I have a pip before bed, the little punk wants to wake me up at 3am when he gets out.

NEVER FAILS!

Not at all worried about the time, just want to be sure the humidity was good.

It was pretty funny ... I was doing my final check of everyone ahead of the planned lock-down today, day 25. I got about halfway through when I had a, Hmm, what's on that egg?" moment. Realized it was a pip, put it down, sprayed everyone, added water, water, water and there it sits.

Pip #2 was just noticed right before Roboduck started this thread.

Pretty much all of the 15 ducklings I've hatched have gotten stuck, I think 1 made it out somehow, and the single chicken hatched himself. To raise the humidity you can fold paper towels under the mesh floor to act like a sponge. That and spray warm water on everything.
Thanks. I filled the bottom of the incubator, added a soaked sponge and a small open container of water, and I have misted everything in there.

I guess I'll just have to keep a close eye on things for the next few days.
