Need help with EE sex and color

I literally just walked in the door with my new EEs.

I'm hoping for a bit of help on sexing them and being schooled on what their colors are called/appear to be.

#1 supposedly 4 wks old
seems to scream roo to me but protects the one week old under its wings all the time.









#2 - 3 wks old?
if he turns out to be a roo I'll cry but I have a one week old that is also white with spots on the wings so i pray that is a hen








#3 - pretty sure this one is a roo - 8 wks
very difficult to get a side shot because s/he comes right up and plucks my phone from my hands while trying to snap pictures

think its a roo. Has barely any tail feathers so it's not helping my inexperience...




Any and all help is appreciated in helping out this newbie.

These are just guesses on their genders:
Cockerel
Not sure
Cockerel (thinking cockerel)
Pullet
Pullet
Cockerel

I'm not sure on the colors and I'm not sure that EE have names for the specific colors, but I could be wrong.

I was really hoping that the little white one would be a hen

I didn't get to choose them, was pretty much a straight run so I'm not pleased that 4 out of 7 are roos

4 and 5 are the only for sure hens I see. And I'm not sure how they're defined as easter eggers, I'm really not seeing any ee characteristics, sorry. They mostly look like mixed breed birds. The first one looks like some type of game mix or bantam with that wing set. The rest seem to have straight combs, number 5 is the only one who looks like she has a non-straight comb in her recent ancestry. Pea combs are linked to green/blue egg colors, which I assume is what you were looking for. I hate to say it, but it really looks to me like you got took.

I'd be talking to the seller about making it right, it looks to me like someone took advantage of your inexperience and enthusiasm, sorry. I know you're saying straight run, but you've got pretty much all roosters there, and the fact they're male is readily apparent to an experienced person.

Which characteristics should I be looking for?
They do have green feet and beards/muffs if that helps....otherwise, I'm at a loss

I was under the assumption that some EEs have straight combs. Is this wrong?
