Need Help With Four Week Old Chick.

I got her on Tuesday and everything seemed fine until this AM.

The room where the brooder is is about 80 degrees during the day and 70 - 75 at night. They would all eat together and drink together and chirp and run, until this AM one chick seems to be not feeling well, she is puffed and sleeping all the time. Sometimes she sleeps with her head turned back on her back. She is also what looks like gaging, she sounds a bit raspy as well. Her poop looked normal. I have not seen her eat or drink. I did try to give her some scrambled eggs but she doesn't seem to want them. I have had them on electolytes and just got some probiotics (chick saver) to put in the water as well.

Any suggestions on what else I can do?

Are they on electrolytes all the time? If so, get them off it. Electrolytes are ok for a bit to deal with hatching and shipping stress, and with overheating. But not all the time. Imagine drinking nothing but salted water. If you do offer electrolytes frequently, be sure they have plain water as well. Do you have heat in the brooder? At 4 weeks they should be completely weaned off heat both day and night. They may be too warm.
