Need help with ID breed and gender

Picked up 4 new chicks this spring, and this one was sold as a Delaware pullet. Seems wrong to me, so I'm turning to the experts. Also, what's up with the extra toe? Is this normal for whatever breed this is? He or she is exactly 2 months old. Thanks in advance!

the chick at 1 week old was actually quite yellow/whiteish. turned black over the weeks.

definite Salmon Faverolles cockerel, he will not get his proper coloring until he is around 10 months old. Typically they look horrible until then, colors all muddy and whatnot

I think they are beautiful at this age.
