this actually just helped me figure out where a couple of my babies came from lol. we have a ton of babies rn and the dad is an ayam cemani mix so they all took the dark gene and its hard to tell who the momma is. but thanks to ur pic, i noticed those white dots by its beak, and found a couple from my sapphire. thank youuSapphire Gem? Ok. Will see. I know Cochin has more feathered feet, they have on both toes. This chick has only a little on one toe. But on the other side it is too dark for a blue Copper Maran, and too light for a black MaranI am 90% sure that is a cochin

I think you may be right, I was thinking of a Cuckoo Marans which are clean legged, the Black Copper Marans have lightly feathered legs don't they... oops.Ok. Will see.
