Need help with my 5 year old Hamburg… is she egg bound?

I have given her a 20 min Espom salt bath and lubricated her vent with vegetable oil she’s separated in a warm cage indoors

No she is eating but walking like a penguin

She’s over 5 years old she was prolific egg layer (90+ gns) but this last year has laid infrequently and over month since her last egg. I have isolated her the other chickens started pecking her..,she is eating and drinking.

Can you tell if it's fluid in the abdomen tight like a drum, hard or somewhat pliable?

A distended abdomen like that usually is from a reproductive disorder. If that is fluid filled, then draining the fluid can give her some relief and make her more comfortable for a period of time. Draining can be a risk and it's not cure.
