I have never had luck with vet wrap alone, but I have had very good luck with electrical tape over the vet wrap. Wrap the wing tip first then under second section of the wing, then wrap both together holding the tip in place. Then take about two wraps around with electrical tape, cut off the end so it is under the wing. That way the tape does not stick to the feathers. Good luck, hope it works!

I used vet wrap and then medical tape on the edge just barely catching the feathers. Sort of the same as Sean.

Especially since this wing is well feathered out I wouldn't suggest actually removing the tape. That wing may need the support of being taped for some time. It'll dry out and shred off on it's own. If there's anything left on the feathers that's way better than an angel wing but...I really like the idea of something under the tape like vet wrap provided the whole two layers don't slide off. I too have never had vet wrap by itself last even a day.

I think it is worth a try...I've always used medical tape with good results. Eight weeks isn't very old - I wish you, your daughter and the little goose well. Your daughter is beautiful - sweet picture!
