Need help with my duck

Could anyone help me with this? What is it and how do I help her? She is a female Peking duck around 1 year old s

Are her eggs quite large? How long has she had that? It looks like it might be a prolapsed vent.

That is a prolapse. Best to have a vet help.

When my ducks had their prolapses I used Prep-H and honey. I tried the sugar and it really hurt their sore bottoms. I treated them every two hours for a week, and each time I had to push their vent back in. I kept them in dark closets but couldn't keep them from laying eggs. They all recovered and are doing well.
