Need help with my Pekin ducks.

Update on Duckula. Took him to the vet who said he had swollen ankles that were warm to the touch she gave me Meloxicam and Trimethoprim Sulfa for him to help with the swelling. Duckula appears to be somewhat better but still unsteady on his feet and a bit wobbly. Currently working on finding a good niacin supplement for him. Does anyone know the likelihood of him recovering? And if so if he’ll ever walk and act the same again?

Get Liquid BComplex TSC has a good one. He may not get 100% if this has been going on for a while but with all your doing I can’t imagine why it wouldn’t help. Please keep us updated.

So far Duckula seems to be doing better he’s more lively and able to keep up with my other duck Sunshine. He’s still a bit wobbly but can keep his balance easier I started giving both of them niacin capsules that are filled with little beads. Duckula doesn’t like them of course so I’ve been sneaking them into pieces of cucumber. Currently I’m waiting on the vitamin b complex to be delivered tomorrow since no feed stores around me had any. Thank you to everyone for the help I’ll post again with any more questions or comments.
