Need help with Parakeet eggs

Ok so the parakeet eggs were supposed to hatch three days ago they haven't. So I candled them three out of the four were clear (not fertile). One is a swimming around in the egg. Now the hen hasent been spending anytime in the nest box incubating. What should I do?
Part of me wants to put in the the incubator to try and hatch it out. Is there a specific temp to maintain to hatch a Parakeet egg?.
I mean at this point if she is just gonna let it die shouldn't I at least try and save it ?

If the egg don't look full like a chicken egg would by now it prolly won't hatch and I've incubated a budgie egg before along with chicken eggs. About a week before it hatch I put it in with a foster since it's nearly impossible to hand feed a day old budgie. The hen I put it in with hatched it out and fed it he's since weaned and moved to his new home.
