Need help with prostrate chickens, not eating/drinking, loosing feathers

Sorry about losing the second chicken. I remember reading that a sudden period of going without water can cause a sudden molt. Chickens will sometimes keep others from drinking or eating. Hopefully, you won’t lose any more.

Thank you! Today we had the visit of a veterinarian. She took blood samples from our three remaining chickens and is going to test for diseases. Two weeks have passed and they are behaving normally, but you never know with chickens. She explained that since they are preys, they are “programmed” not to show any weekenesses until it is absolutely inevitable. Let’s hope they are fine!

We got the results of the blood samples and they didn’t show anything wrong. So the combo heat + malnutrition because of the change in their feed is what probably happened
