Need help with Rooster losing feathers and bleeding

Aroura is a Cornish Cross rooster, for a couple months Aroura has been losing feathers. I stared noticing that it was getting serious about 2 weeks ago. I started applying ointment, that has not done much. I feed him scratch grain, and protein pellets. He is not enclosed, he has at the least five acres to roam and eat bugs and worms. The ointment which I put on him is an aloe cream. If you can help me in any way I would be very happy. Also let me know if there is a way I can pray for you!!

Aroura sleeps on the floor, under the roost, which is why he is so dirty.
