Need help with selecting a specific breed to use as a cross

Hope this is in the right section. I am looking for the best possible way to get E/E alleles for extended black locus into a breed that is ewh/ewh. I think what I asked is correct I am not a geneticist. The breed needs to have as many of the following traits as possible; single comb, yellow shanks, lack of dermal melanin, brown eggs, black in color. Also the breed I will be crossing this into has the columbian restrictor if that makes a difference. This is all stuff I was told so I am not 100% sure on the accuracy.

You can use Jersey Giants (sp) or Black Rocks. Black Rocks are more rere.

Those are 2 breeds that turned up in my research. I will probably try using the Jersey Giant for this project. What does the (sp) stand for? Thanks for the confirmation and the info.
