Need help with sexing Sultans and Polish

I'm picking up a couple Sultan chicks and hopefully a Polish chick this weekend at our area swap meet and would like to know if anyone has any hints on sexing either one. I think they are about 5-6 weeks old, maybe a bit older. I have been unable to find really anything online about Sultans as younger chicks. I'm willing to take them both and rehome roos if needed, but really would like a heads up if there is one. I know the Polish is sometimes sexed by the head poof?

I just got these photos from Woods_Woman. Any ideas? The polish I am looking at is the buff laced ones in the first photo. She thinks the one in the front might be a pullet, the back one a roo. The Sultans neither of us have a clue on!

I'm guessing both Polish are pullets, beautiful ones at that. Loving the frizzle! I want to guess both Sultans are pullets, too.
