Need help with the avatars

I've been trying to get an avatar put on my screen. But I don't know how, if anyone can help me out on that please tell me how to do it.

I had a hard time getting a avatar to. If you have photobucket shrink your image to avatar size. Then right click on the img code a press save as. Then go to your profile and click show avatar then add avatar. Then a screen will come up then pick your image and press upload.
