Need Help with these 2 fella's PLEASE!

These were replacement bantams for the one that didn't make it. They came from TSC. I have no idea what they are aside from one being a cochin...and that they may both Roos?! If someone could Identify these, I would be ever so greatful!!!

Chick # 2 was "Miss Dotty" aka "Wilbur"

Shorty is a Silver Laced Cochin, and Wilbur is probably a Silver Penciled Cochin.
