Need help with what breed these chickens are

I seen these chickens at the fair and they are really cute looking they arent silkie or polish i dont think. But they look like they have a mop on their head the feathers are really light and they are rounded around their head. I really want a couple but I can't figure out the breed, sound familiar to anyone?
