Need help worming with Safe-Guard

Large roundworm tends to resemble cooked spaghetti, some are fairly large, some are smaller. If they are cecal worms, then the same treatment with the Safeguard, two doses 10 days apart, should take care of them. Cecal worms are not usually ID'd visually in droppings. Most of the time if you see obvious worms it's large roundworm or tapeworm segments.

Thank you @coach723! They're definitely visible, so maybe they're small roundworms? Are there small roundworms? I've never dealt with worms before, so I'm very new at this :p I haven't seen anymore since the day before yesterday, though.

The smallest roundworm I've ever seen in the droppings is maybe 1" long. The biggest around 2.25" long. I've never seen a cecal worm.

Also, an update:

She has been pretty lethargic for a couple days now. She barely eats anything (I always make sure she has plenty of chicken feed) but I've tried giving her treats (scrambled eggs, sunflower seeds, oats, etc.) and she just seems disinterested.
She drinks fine, she just won't eat.
Is this normal until her second treatment or should she be getting better by now?

Hopefully the treatment will take care of it and she will continue to improve. I think that we are all just bit reluctant to say what kind of worm we think it might be without being able to see it. I've had a couple of really sick birds from wormloads that took about a week to bounce back, one was impacted from them (large roundworm is what I deal with regularly), a few have had a secondary bacterial infection that I treated with amoxicillin. I thought the impacted bird was a gonner, but on the sixth day things finally started to move and she bounced back quick after that. So I worm regularly now, and rarely have issues. If she doesn't really improve then pictures of the droppings might help, may give ideas to anything else she may have going on. Sometimes more than one thing can happen, or things happen at the same time and it's coincidental.

Thank you so much, @coach723 !
She is very lethargic right now. I gave her some nutri-drench to see if it would help her any. I let her outside for a while but she didn't really move a lot. I'm just keeping an eye on her.
I'll get some pictures soon.
