Should I go ahead and give her the second treatment? She's not doing very well

Sad news Unfortunately she died sometime this morning.
She might've been dealing with a bacterial infection along with the worms. Thank you all so much for all your help and information!!

Very sorry for your loss. If you still have the body you could get your state vet to do a necropsy to look for what killed her.
