need help!

I have a little chick who had tried to make a pip early early this morning but was not able to get anywhere so I was able to at least break a hole in the membrane after some time but in the picture it shows how the chick has been for over 10 hours now and I'm afraid if I don't help that she is not going to be able to get out and I'll lose her

she is not vocal at all now and not moving as much either
