Hard to see the first pic, the second is better !! From the pic the membrane looks dry. This is what I would do since its day 25.... I would get a warm paper towel and a pair of tweezers and start peeling the membrane away. If you hit LOTS of blood stop, wait a little while and try again.

Now, that it is out.. Leave it the incubator to dry out for a day or so?? Like the others???

I would leave him in there in till he is dry (at least a few hours) Do you have a brooder set up ?? If you do you can take a peice of cardboard block off a small part and put him in there under the heat lamp.

CONGRATS on the new baby, so glad he ended up ok !!

Yes the others are in it right now..It occassionally peeps and moves around..I imagine that it is trying to rest up..
Any other advice that you can give me for this little one??
Do anything different than I did for the other hatched naturally??
