So i just got some rp and have the two hens and tom together when will they mate and i would like some to eat and some to put in an incubator first time with turkeys

How old are they? There is usually no delay in mating if they are sexually mature.

They are decent size the tom dosent have a beard that i can see

I think you need to post some pictures of your birds. It is not normal for a 1 1/2 year old tom to not have a beard. Post the pictures and we will try to determine if you have a tom and hens.
