Need help

From that photo it looks like there is a tom and two hens. but we really need pictures that are in focus and individual pictures. I doubt that those turkeys are much more than 6 months old. I barely see a spur nub on the tom which at 1 1/2 should have spurs well started.

The beard or at least the start of a beard should be showing up at 6 months old. My guess is that these are from late last summer or possibly even a late fall hatch.

Be patient and they will breed once they are sexually mature.

Ok i will get better pics tomorrow for u and when do hens start laying eggs does the tom have to be in there i mean i no he does to get fertile eggs but does he just for eggs

No Tom necessary for laying. Laying starts around eight months but sometimes later IME.

I think that you have 2 hens and one tom and that they are around 6 months old. I believe that I can see the start of a beard on the tom's chest. I feel very strongly that they are not 1 1/2 years old as claimed.
