Need help

she doesn’t look unhealthy other than her head held close to her body. Is she eating good? Are the roosters still harassing her? She may have an infection but no way of knowing for sure unless diagnosed by a vet. Have you seen any discharge from her bottom? Have you felt her tummy for liquid is her tummy squishy or hard feeling?

I have checked her top to bottom and see nothing wrong. She eats and drinks fine. She just acts depressed. I haven't seen the rooster mess with her at all in the past week. I have noticed over the past few days it looks like her head is turning darker brown. Since I didn't have them last spring I don't know if that is normal for her. I have called around and so far none of the vets around me treat ducks.

Bird flu? Isn’t something any of us want. Other than holding her neck like that her body shape and walking looks normal. Any discharge from eyes or nares?

Mine did this after a bobcat but her neck. I had to hand feed her a few days because she couldn't stick her neck out. Could a predator have been at her?

I researched bird flu and it doesn't fit. Here is a summary so you don't have to read the whole thread.
1st symptom she stopped laying. A few days later she stopped being active. Would come out of the coop, pick a spot and lay there all day. Lots of trail pumping and penguin walking. Stopped quacking. She then started to get better. Started moving around during the day, then she started to quack again. Now she has stopped quacking, she forges for food, eats her layers pellets, drinks water but keeps her head close to her body and seems depressed. Her eyes look dull and she generally looks like she doesn't feel good. No discharge now but it does look like there is a trail where her eyes may have been runny. She still comes for treats but doesn't come running anymore. No diarrhea, no funny colored poop. No coughing, or sneezing. No cuts, bumps, or bruises. (I checked for a scab on her foot too)
