Need help

What about palpating her tummy area since you say she walks like a penguin could be she has fluid built up.
I did this too. Feels normal and just like the other ducks tummy. I originally thought egg bound. She did some warm baths and did lay an egg after. That is the only egg she has layed in 3 weeks. The penguin walking and tail pumping stopped when she started getting better. It's like she was on the way to well and then just stopped getting better

Getting ready to upload another video showing both ducks. Lily used to act just like Piper, they were twins. This will show you how off Lily is. Not knowing what is going on is what makes me nervous about piper now not laying. That is how lily started. I know it is normal for them to take a break but they both layed everyday all winter. The only experience I have with them not laying resulted in lily being sick. I'm scared it is starting with piper. I haven't been able to find a vet who treats ducks yet but I'm still looking.

I'm been doing some thinking. Lily seems depressed. Maybe she is. Remember I said there were 5 babies in the flock I took in. 2 roosters, 3 hens. The hens have come to age as well. I happened to catch one of them chasing lily yesterday. It got me to thinking, maybe now that the babies are older they are establishing pecking order and picking on lily. Then today I was watching them out the door and I see lily running in the yard, head high and making her forging noise. I opened the door and stepped out. As soon as lily seen me, her head went back down to her body and she started walking slow. I'm not sure if I'm being played or if she trying to tell me she's unhappy. I started building a new coop last month. I've decided to get it finished this weekend and make it the duck coop. Lily did start quacking again yesterday.

I hope this is the last update for this thread. I'm happy to report my baby is back to herself! I think this was a pecking order thing. A few days ago Lily let loose and finally fought back against one on the baby chickens. She has steadily improved since. Thank you to everyone who helped and followed her progress! She is one happy duck again! She hasn't started laying again yet. The good news is Piper, stopped laying because she is broody. I'm currently looking for some eggs for her to sit.
