I'm not experienced, but I always like to make a guess and see how I did. I would have said the buff colored one was a cockerel. I thought the tail looked kind of curling.

A Columbian rock has a straight Columbian pattern (black on the hackles and on the tail). A Delaware is a Columbian pattern, but one that's barred in the black. So the black in the tail would be barred and the hackles would be barred.
