Could be a Columbian Rock. That's a lot of red comb and wattle develop for that age. Male specific plumage starts to show up around now and I don't see any.They are about 14 weeks old! How can you tell if they are Roos?
Hmm. So how do you tell a Columbian Rock from a Delaware? I just Googled both and they look the same to my inexperienced eye.
