NEED HELP!

My duckie was born one day earlier than estimated and he was stucked by umbilical cord and his belly seemed strange. Can somebody tell me what should I do to help him?

Just leave it alone for a while. It needs to rest and absorb its yolk. I've noticed this more with ducks, they are sometimes in a hurry to hatch and they aren't quite ready yet. Just leave it be.
