To me, those look like Tapeworm proglottids, you can use Praziquantel to treat them.

Runny nose and sneezing could be respiratory illness, but check to make sure her crop is emptying overnight. Treat the worms and seem if her symptoms improve.

She just poop right now and I saw a long white thing. It's a worm right?

I can't find the tablets in pharmacy near my house but many people told me to give her albendazole should I give her??
