Need help!

4 days ago I made my own incubator and I got eggs from my chickens but I got one egg that was developing in the nesting box and I don't know how old it is. So the question is how do I know how old the egg is

because all the other are starting to develop and this egg has a whole chick in it.

It's hard to tell in the photo. Sorry.
 
4 to 7 days guessing, hard to tell. Embryo is pea size and dancing under a week or about a week. Incubating I usually do my first full inspection 4 to 7 days. Remove unfertilized eggs and eggs with blood ring, mark questionable ones.

You can see most the egg is still see thru
