I have a female silikie that I was given to me over the summer time. She was getting along great with my flock. Until this past winter she was locked out of the coop during a really bad snow storm. She almost froze to death. It’s been over a month since she has been put in the coop again. My other chickens still won’t accept her. Every time they get ahold of her they wanna peak her to death. How to I get them to accept her again?!? Or do I need to get rid of her?

What is this wound you are showing us, where is it on her body? Do you think the other chickens did this to her? When did this wound first appear and how are you treating it? I'm sorry this is happening.

This is the top of her head and this is actually the 2nd time they have done this to her. This time is worst than the first. I have been keeping her separated from the other flock due to this. She managed to get out of her own fenced in area this afternoon and they acted her

IMO Silkies should not be kept with regular sized birds, the have "vaulted" skulls ... Polish is another breed I personally wouldn't keep with other breeds, their head crest draws attention and they get pecked; have had two separate experience with this happening.
IF that's her skull, it doesn't look good. Could you get more pictures at different angles, having a hard making out if that's exposed tissue, maybe worst. Keep her TOTALLY separate, in dog crate or another room.

We have her in her own coop

Okay. Can you make some sterile saline solution for cleaning it? Boil some water and let it cool. Add 2 tsp salt into one quart of the boiled water in a clean quart jar (ideally, a sterile jar). Add a pinch of baking soda. Put a sterile lid on and shake to dissolve. I like putting some of this in a clean spray bottle (mark it "saline sol.") and use it to wash the wound thoroughly twice daily. Gently blot dry with s clean towel or paper towel. Smear the wound generously with Original Neosporin ointment, which will NOT have pain killer in it (the pain killer is toxic to chickens, so be sure whatever antibiotic ointment you use does NOT have that in it). Then spray with Veterycin spray, which keeps the wound sealed like a gel bandage, and you're done! Repeat morning and evening and before you know it (or in about three weeks) she'll be healed up and good to go! Keep the wound MOIST and it should heal up just fine. Good luck with her!

Yes I’ve been cleaning it with some antibacterial spray and it happened today
You may find that you will need to house her separately from now on. Sometimes birds don't fit in with a flock.
Sourcing a buddy for her (another Silkie) so she has company would be one idea. Re-homing her is an option, but she may struggle with integration at a new home too.

The wound looks relatively clean, I'd spray it with the spray like you have been doing. Monitor her for infection.

She's eating/drinking o.k.?
