Need help

I'm sorry, that really stinks, for you and for the birds. I've read so many bad things about chicks from Tractor Supply, I've never bought and likely will never buy chicks from them because of it.
Hoovers chicks aren't great and Unfortunately that's the major contract for tsc.

That's true, I guess it's not completely TSC's fault. Actually, my last birds were from Hoover's and I'm happy with them (I got all pullets for the first time in years). I just often hear about chicks not being treated well or the breeds being mixed up at Tractor Supply.

Are you saying you haven't ever bought any yourself? I'm just asking because I think you have the most posts I see about tsc chicks.
My first job was at tsc, let me tell you, the bird shipments we got were often wrong for the paperwork sent.
For the store I worked at, chicks would come primarily from Hoovers, the turkeys and occasionally chicks were from Stromberg and waterfowl from metzer or Stromberg. Banties from privets or Strombergs.

At least two chick shipments a month were labeled incorrectly, almost all duck orders were labeled vaguely ("assorted ducks, straight run")
I.e a box of brown chipmunk chicks labeled barred Plymouth Rock.
We legally had to use the paperwork sent , however if we could guess the breed, we'd make our own signage, which we could have gotten written up for if a dm or a rep saw it.
if not, we'd put straight run mystery breeds, with a possible breed list.
We even had a few instances where we recieved a different stores order or extra chicks that had lost/escaped their box so someone at usps added them to our order.

Chick tanks are cleaned in morning before opening and after close, fresh feed and water at every cleaning.
Waterfowl are cleaned 3 times if possible because they are nasty, filthy things.

I have never bought any chicks from Tractor Supply, no. Because of what I've read here (hatchery problems and uninformed staff) and the fact that TSC is a popular store that sees lots of customers per day.

I don't know if your turken is dual purpose or of the meat variety, but it definitely sounds like heart issues. I am unaware of anything that can be done for her at this point. It may benefit the others to be fed like meat birds (kept for breeding) to lessen the chances of it happening to the others.
