How new are the pullets ? If they are really new then it may be just commom bickering whenever you integrate anynew birds to a established flock. But he may be just maturing early and trying to get frisky already with them, he will get along with them eventually and if you are able, I would say to keep the Delaware roo. He is a nice looking guy.

really sure on the age ...There half the size of the first ones.You're probably right on the bickering thing..I really want too keep the Delaware and hope soon, that he can get along with the 2 younger pullets..This morning i heard the delware first weak cockatoo,..My neighbors

LOL!! Not exactly bring them home..But we were in front of the house when he seen the flowers moving around and he went to see what was in them..
