Found one of my barred rocks on the floor she sits with head back sometimes swings it side to side eyes close

Welcome to BYC. That sounds like a symptom of wry neck, which is a neurological symptom that can be a result of a vitamin deficiency, a head injury, or from certain diseases such as Mareks. Other symptoms can be a twisted neck, walking backwards or in circles, or stargazing. I would get some poultry vitamins that contain vitamin B1 (thiamine,) vitamin E, and selenium. Selenium, a mineral, is found in egg, ground meat, fish, and nuts. I would also check the crop to make sure it is emptying overnight.
