Need ID on 4-month-old chick/rooster?

Does anyone know the breed of this chicken? He/she is 4 months old! Hen or rooster???

EE (easter egger) cockerel. A pretty boy too.

Thanks, I was thinking it was most likely a male. He will be my 2nd rooster with 35 chickens. Hope they play nice. My 1st , a silky, is a sweet guy.

Definitely a cockerel. You can tell by the saddle feathers.

Very pretty cockerel though!
