Need idea's for housing STEVE PLEASE HELP

Thank you all for being HERE !!!!!!
I have asked for you idea's only because my brain is fryed
I have 15 unknown [ hatchery choice heartage ] I live south of SOUTH OF THE BORDER this why I have asked for Steves input
My chicken coop was easy 12 x16 run two 50 x50
my turkey run will be 50 x 38 sharing fence with chicken run when done will be L shaped with chicken coop in corner
Here is the brain scramble
open coop / roost ?
out side in run roost ?
separate runs for hens ?
Like to keep two hen's one tom as pets / bereeders A buddy will take one for his pet [just lost his old age ] the rest are for freezer

Paul,

Our turkeys never go inside the houses except to lay or unless we force them to. For hurricains etc you do need a secure house for them if you are near the coast. They prefere to roost outside in all weather. For that roost I went back in the woods and cut down a pine tree about 6 inches in diameter and we put that about 4 feet off the ground.

You don't need a seperate run for the hens, ours all flock together.
