I am looking for a good incubator in the $150-250 range. From what I have seen I know that I want a model to incubate at least 24 eggs at a time, and I want an automatic egg turner. As far as other features I am pretty clueless. Any good info on how to build an efficient home incubator? Thanks in advance.

I don't know if Brinsea makes an incubator in your price range, but you should check out their web specials. www.brinsea.com. I've had good luck with my smaller Brinsea advanced.

I have been researching this topic for some time now. Seems like the the Genesis 1588 (hovabator) is what the majority of people use and like, that don't use cabinet or homemade incubators.

I plan on ordering one payday!
